Easter Hunt with the Mattsons

I took Ava with me to Ella's Free Friday Family lunch.

 That night we had our 1st annual Mattson/Imbler Easter Egg Hunt. The kids had fun and they all got some good practice in for their real Easter egg hunts that Sunday.

Greg, Staci and the kids left and we had our first BBQ of the year.

The girls had a bit too much candy

After dinner Ava went on a hunt for her basket. She was leaving the next morning and wouldn't be with us on Easter morning.

She got some cool things

I had taken Ava and Ella to Target a few days before not really thinking about what a horrible idea that was. I needed to get things for their baskets but they are super nosy and I had to sneak everything in the basket and then onto the belt at the cash register. They would say they like something and I would try to get that item in the cart without them knowing. I was sweating by the end of the shopping trip. BAD idea.

We are always sad when she leaves!! Good thing is she will be back in June! and then in August again!
