More Preschool Stuff

Here are some more things that I found while cleaning out the office.

Progress Report...

They had a professional photographer come take pictures of the kids and a class picture. Ella's individual pictures turned out really cute. Notice her shoe in the class picture...

Funny Little Ella

Cirdan went to the Mariner's day game the other day. I turned the game on TV and told Ella to watch for daddy (thinking of any way to keep her busy). As she was sitting there she started talking to herself not knowing I was listening. She said, "watch for daddy...he has a hairy chin, hair on his head, moles and all white."

Ha ha ha ha I started to laugh and she got mad that I was listening.

We have a little girl next door who is about 2 years old. It's kind of hard to understand her and she has a certain "Maddy gibberish". Yesterday Ella said, "I think Maddy speaks spanish"...I said, "why" and she said, "because I can't understand her."

Some More Hospital 'Stuff'

One of the perks to having a baby...hospital food!! Yep, that's right. I love the food. I don't know if I really like the taste or if it's the idea of ordering it from bed and someone bringing it to me. Then someone cleaning up the mess and taking the dirty dishes away.

This is my favorite...turkey and mashed potatoes...that need a lot of salt added. Oh, and with a side of hard crunchy corn.

And you get to choose anything off the dessert list. This is what I always get, strawberry shortcake. I don't even really like strawberries! I wish I could have some right now....yummmmmm. My tummy just growled.

While we were waiting for little guy to arrive I took a picture of the baby stuff that the nurse brought in and left on the counter. It was becoming real!

Here are some of my contractions I was sending to my dad and sister updating them on my pain. Hoping I would get some sympathy from them. :)

Gorgeous day to take Canon home.  Heidi wanted all the kids to be born in the cooler months, which around here is anywhere from the end of September through May or June.  I was pumped to have a summer baby....looking forward to summer Birthday parties.

Ella was so excited to come meet Canon. Jett didn't understand what was going on. He wouldn't sit by me and he really didn't want anything to do with me. He also didn't want anything to do with the baby. I don't know if it was because we were in a strange place because as soon as we got home he was all over the baby loving on him.

Kaiya is missing since she was in Oregon at her National Dance Competition. I was bummed she didn't get to come to the hospital but she got home the next day after we arrived home.
