Utah - 2 Cute Babies - Blessings - Family

I was able to go to Utah in September for both of my sister's baby blessings. It was a busy but super fun weekend! My mom was already in Utah helping Kaylee since she had just had Ivie. My dad, Grandma and I left on Saturday early morning. We flew on a cool plane with the Aladdin Genie on it.
I sat in a row with my dad and Gram behind me. (I had to have a window seat)
When we arrived we went to see baby Ivie. She is so cute!
Then we headed over to Devin's parents home for Jemma's blessing
Punching Stacey…caught it on camera
Super cute bracelet Jem was wearing

I was loving all of the baby time I was getting!!
I can't get enough of these girls
Devin's aunt made these little individual cakes. They were amazing! Such a talent.
zzzzz
My mom and I went to Kaylee's apartment after to put together the breakfast casseroles for Ivie's blessing the next day. Ivie got a bath!

I invited my childhood friend Sonnet who lives in the area. It was awesome seeing her! After the blessing we went into a room to visit. Then took some pictures outside. I was laughing so hard that my stomach hurt. You know you have a true friend when you can pick back up right where you left off years ago.
And a whole lot of laughs
We walked over to a covered area in the back of the parking lot of the church for brunch. We were worried about the weather since it had been raining but the sky was clear and it was perfect.
Not a happy baby
See? Laughing again.
Sonnet with her daughter Averie (who is now taller than me)
Sweet baby
Her dress was beautiful. Kaylee made it and I was impressed!!

Aunt Andrea and Ryan were in town for a wedding. It worked out perfectly! They were able to also come to both blessings.
The next morning Gram, my mom and I drove to Fielding to see my Grandma's sister and my 2nd cousin. We made a stop in Brigham and went to a candy store in town.
It is always really good to be in Fielding. Lots and lots of good, fun memories there. I love catching up with my 2nd cousin Krisy.
I loved this tree growing up.
There is no filter on this picture. The sky seems so close and it is always picture perfect it seems.
We went back to Salt Lake and had dinner with Rusty and Kaylee. I picked up some Indian food and my parents went out to dinner (it was their anniversary).
Tuesday morning we checked out of our hotel and stopped by Kaylee's apartment to say goodbye. I was so sad to leave the baby! I sure wish they lived closer.
The plane we had seemed super new. It was the nicest one I have been in. Super clean and crisp.
There was a lot of empty seats. My dad decided to come sit next to his favorite daughter.
Cirdan held down the fort while I was gone. It was a fun adventure!
