Spokane - Easter Weekend

We were so excited to take a little trip to Spokane for Easter weekend. We hadn't been there for over a year so it was long overdue. The drive went really well and we got there in record time! Kaiya went to school on Thursday until around noon, we picked her up and headed out. We were in Spokane until Tuesday. It was a fun visit! We had many family activities and it was awesome to spend time with everyone. The kids go a while without seeing each other but each time they pick right up where they left off and act like they were never apart.
Joshua and Jett watching the iPad

The girls meeting Cannon for the first time.
We downloaded this app on the iPad named Video Star. It's super fun and the kids have a blast creating their own music videos! We made a special Imbler Family one while we were there. It will be a fun memory to have for the years to come. (the kids were already making a video in this below pic)

On Saturday everyone came over for brunch and the annual Easter hunt. Richard each year makes up riddle clues and the cousins go searching for their Easter baskets. He even does the clues for the big kids (adults). This year the adults got a gift certificate to go eat dinner together while Sue and Richard watched all the kids! It was the best present!
There was a turkey up in the tree so everyone was watching it. I think the turkey was a little confused on which holiday we were celebrating.
Hannah started off with the 1st clue....
The first activity the kids had to do was stuff marshmallows in their mouth and jump across the yard. They had fun!
Next they had to meet at the tennis courts...so away they ran.
Waiting for the grown ups to catch up....
Then they had to hit a ball all the way back to the house
One more clue led them to the van door opening to show all the goodies!
Fun
They each got a cupcake
Then it was the adults turn. We had a game and up and down the stairs we went looking/answering for clues.
Family picture time
That night we went to the park next to their house. I am always envious of the awesome park next to their house.
Weeeee!
