You are missed

On March 17th it was 8 years since my Grampee Fred died. I miss him often and wish that he was around to meet Kaiya, Ella and Cirdan. I have a lot of good memories of Grandpee.
This was a picture of him in Puerto Rico where him and my Gramee served their mission...

March 26th it was 3 years since my Grandpa Glen died. I remember that day like it was yesterday. I felt at peace when his spirit left this world. He had such a strong spirit and I am sure that he is up in Heaven teaching many people the gospel.
This is a picture of the 1st time he met Kaiya...
My dad, Kaiya, Ella and I took some flowers last Thursday to the cemetary to put the on my Grandpa's graves.

Thank goodness for the Gospel when remembering our loved ones who have passed on to the next life. Matt and I spoke with a gentleman the other day and I felt so bad for him when he was speaking of his life and when he's dead he felt like it's over for him, (little does he know that this life is only a glimpse in our eternal spectrum and could I have no clue how people can go through this whole life on earth feeling that there is no purpose, anyways we were making an attempt to speak to him about the Gospel...not sure how much soaked in.) On another note, we are in the middle of painting the interior of our house as we speak, I am taking a much needed break and what a chore it is!!!! The kids all picked colors for their rooms so we started in on theirs first, we are literally in attempts to paint our entire home (crazy I know) but the paint the builder put on our walls is ridiculous with children, it might as well be water, it wipes and washes off so easy. Anyways, I'm excited to see a bit of color in our living quarters...so in that aspect, the chore will be worth it in the end. Your place looks great so far!

Mason tells me he misses papa Glen all the time. What a wonderful man! Do you have a copy of the video Lisa made of him. We watch it every now and again. Can't wait to see him again.....someday.
