AGT on TV

We spotted BX5CrewX3 on TV!
The kids had been chillin backstage when they saw this mime. No one was really paying attention to him because he was acting weird
*keyword - Weird. Weird = ADA kid magnet
The kids started to play around with the mime for a good 45 minutes. They thought he was fun.
Then the mime went onstage and they realized it was Nick Cannon. Hilarious!
One of the girls said that when they were hanging backstage with Nick she was saying, "Where is Nick?? He is hot! I want to see him!" and he was right in front of her. :) Good times and good memories.

Kai

Sat down on the bike to workout and saw this on the wall. Glad the kids are having fun with the white board wall! Kaiya's friend was over a couple days before and had made this graffiti wall. :)
Kaiya fought me about going to her Young Woman's activity. She went though and came home glad that she went! (I love when that happens) They learned how to decorate cakes with fondant and decorated their own little cakes. She was proud of her cake and I know why…it looked awesome!

Melting Pot

I have been wanting to try Melting Pot for many years. We were supposed to go for my birthday last year but the kids were sick so it didn't work out. I finally got a chance to go a couple months back.  On a scale from 1-10 I would rate the dinner food a 3 or 4. The dessert on the other hand a 10+.
I would definitely go back for dessert any time and I am glad I finally tried it!

Glad Kaiya can be apart of such a wonderful program. A group of kids from the studio go to a couple schools each year and dance. Spreading the word to do good, keep busy rather than do drugs. Live Drug Free!

kaiya doc

So many appointments to see what is wrong with Kaiyas back. We didn't get any answers until they sent us to Issaaquah and she got an MRI. Before that we just kept ending back in urgent care or the regular doc.

More pictures of my 2 favorite little boys.
They love to do crafts.

And play in the water outside.
Helping Dad.
Snuggling with Mom.
Shaking their bum bums.
Saying Cheeeese.
Playing at the park.
And being naked.

Wax Museum Project

Kaiya had one last project during her 6th grade year - Wax Museum. She had to research an individual,  make a board about them and then dress up like the person. All of the 6th graders filled the library with their boards and stood by them. As the other kids came around from different classes they had to memorize their life stories about their person and act like they were them. They even had to dress like the person. Kaiya choose Tabitha Dumo (a dancer of course). It was an easy one for her and one she enjoyed. Tabitha and her husband have their own line of clothes, which Kaiya already had some of, so it was easy for her to dress like her. It was also Kaiya's dream come true to wear sweats to school. Ha ha. She always tries to but I don't let her.
Tabitha is a famous choreographer who has been on many shows and who choreographs for many starts.

Friday Free Lunch Day

Once a month Ella's Kindergarten class had a Free Lunch Fridays for families. We could bring our children lunch or just sit with them while they ate. The kids loved it and we loved it also.
This is a picture of the last Free Lunch Friday. Both Cirdan and I went (one of us usually would go) since it was the last time we could eat with our little Kindergartener.
