Thunderstruck
Thunderstruck - or as we call it in the Imbler home...Thundersuck. The scoring is usually really strange and there isn't much competition there. This year was a little different though. There was a lot of dance studios there that I hadn't heard of. It actually went really well and the studio scored really highly! Kaiya's dances almost all scored Lightning Gold (the best)!

This was also a long weekend. Saturday was nice and we didn't have to be there until 2:00pm. We got home around 9:00pm (we went to dinner with some of the other kids on the team). Sunday had to be there when the doors opened...which was 6:40am. Hair and makeup already done. I got up at 5:00am!! It was insane. Awards wasn't until 9:00pm and we didn't get home until 10:45pm. It was a long but very fun day. As soon as we walked through the door Kaiya threw up. I think I was all the nerves mixed with all the sugar she had ate. Cirdan and Cannon came and watched Kaiya's duo and trio.
I am so thankful Cirdan supports Kaiya and I in these competition weekends. They are long and he is very patient and helps with the kids while I am gone. When it is long days he has to bring Cannon to me so I can feed him. These are memories in the making!

Saturday was a really long day. We had to get there at 8:00am but awards didn't get over until midnight. Sunday we got to sleep in a little (as much as I could with a 7 month old) and had to be there at noon. We got home around 8:00pm. If Kaiya didn't love to dance so much, I wouldn't be doing this. The joy in her face is priceless.

Christmas Day
The kids didn't wake up till about 7. We told them that we wouldn't be going downstairs until 7:30, which actually happened!

The girls got a vanity. It will stay in Kaiya's room but the idea is that they will share. We will see how THAT goes.

More kids = more gifts. We had to take a break and go eat some breakfast. We then picked up where we left off and opened the rest! It was a lot of fun to have both Ava and Kelton this year!
This is the only picture I have of Christmas night. We went to Nate and Amy's for dinner and games.
