Cannon's 4th Birthday - Disneyland Day 2

My baby is 4!

The birthday boy woke up to hugs and kisses!

What is the best way to celebrate your birthday?!? DISNEYLAND!!!

We tried to go on Pirates of the Caribbean with the big kids but Cannon got scared so we had to walk back out. I took him to get beignet for his birthday breakfast.

I thought we had pretty much covered every ride at Disneyland. In Toon Town however, there was a ride in the corner, that soon turned out to be Cannon's favorite! Mickey's rollercoaster (not sure the name). It said 15 minute late but it really was no wait at all and we went on it over and over and over again. Cannon's laugh/scream was the best! He had so much fun!

I had never been on the Roger Rabbit ride before either. That one was fun. The line was a bit long (we didn't know because you can't see the line from the outside) but I am glad we finally did it!

Jett was really mad that he couldn't go on the Indian Jones ride. I had to hear about that for a while....(eye roll)

Can't believe my baby is 4! Where did the last 4 years go? He makes me crazy but he is the sweetest boy ever. He loves to give me hugs and kisses. He also loves to come and sleep by us in the middle of about every night. My sweet crazy boy!

We ran into our friends right before we left. Brianna and Ella - 2 fun kids! :)

Disneyland Day 1

We bought a 2 day pass for Disneyland/California Adventure. Cirdan and I didn't really want to go during the summer when it is super crowded and hot but at the last minute we decided since we were there....we might as well! Plus, it was Cannon's birthday that 2nd day and we thought that would be a fun way to celebrate his 4th birthday.

Toy Story ride - we like to go on this first thing in the morning when there isn't a huge line. By the end of the night the wait is too long.

This was the first time not having a nanny with us - and it actually went really well! Cannon was so well behaved while waiting in the lines.

Kaiya is smiling in this picture because while we were standing there waiting for Cirdan one of the workers at the Lightening McQueen pictures ran up to her and told her to SMILE!! He said she had to smile - she was at Disneyland! Then he backed up slowly. Keeping his eyes on her and would look at her every minute or so to make sure was smiling. We were laughing about it. It was exactly what she needed!!

We watched the new Frozen show. Even though Kaiya was VERY mad they took out Aladdin and replaced it with Frozen. She was not happy. It was a good show though. Something you have to do at least one time...not sure I would watch again though.

Fun full day = tired almost 4 year old!
