Thanksgiving

Here are pictures from Thanksgiving.

We went over to my parents house. My Grandma, Aunt and 2 cousins also came over to celebrate with us. As always we ate, ate, ate and ate more.

I am thankful for them…..

We wrote what we were thankful for on these leaves and put them on the pantry. It was fun to always see the things that we were all thankful for during the month of November.

Kaiya was thankful that no Christmas stuff was up. She was feeling bad for Thanksgiving - people decorated for Christmas before Thanksgiving wasn't even over yet. Made her sad.

The best Thanksgiving ever - The Seahawks played the 49ers and won. We had to wear our Seahawks shirts.

Saw the movie Big Hero 6. Cirdan ended up taking Cannon out to the car. He is not quite ready for the movie theater we realized (even though he is the 1 kid that will sit at home and watch an entire movie).

Ella had her friend Emma over. They were up in the playroom for a while making up poems about Veterans Day. It was so cute!

More Kitchen Counter Space Finally

We had little counter space in our kitchen. We also have a lot of parties which doesn't mix well together. I went over to Jett's friends house for a preschool group last year and saw her kitchen. There were cabinets all along the wall and it looked about the same size kitchen I had. I took a picture and showed Cirdan later that night. It was perfect! We hired his friend, David, who does amazing work and now we have a ton more counter and cabinet space! We love the new addition!

(they extended the counter and put in a top cabinet and also a pantry at the end)

Kaiya - Pointe - DEA

Kaiya got clearance from the Sports Medicine doctor to take a pointe class. It was the best news she had ever heard in her whole entire lift. Actually I just asked her and she said that the best news is when the judges on America's Got Talent said yes….but this is a close 2nd. :)

Kaiya is doing DEA again this year. (Drug Education Awareness)

I went and watched them perform at one of the schools. It made me so proud. I love when they do good positive things in the community. The kids at the school had a blast! I loved to watch their smiles.
