Game Farm Park

Ava flew in for Presidents Weekend this year. We decided this would be a perfect time to go to the Animal Game Farm Park in Sequim. I have been wanting to go and with a weekend with all the kids, no competitions and no plans, it was perfect!!
The kids did great. The ferry ride was fun. We got out of the car and walked around. It was cold outside but we got some pictures. It was a nice break for the kids to get out and stretch their legs and look around.  We got off the ferry... then we stopped at McDonalds to go to the bathroom. Ella promised she didn't have to go. She insisted on not going. It only took 15 minutes down the road she had to go. She didn't just have to go....she HAD to go. Like that second. Of course, there was no place to stop for at least 30 minutes. We thankfully found a little restaurant that was opened on the side of the road. The whole time she was crying. It was not fun...then Cannon started crying. He was sick and tired of his car seat and wanted out! It made the last hour not so nice.
We finally got to the park and had a fun time. The kids had a blast!! They didn't know what to expect and were surprised at this adventure. We pulled up to the farm, paid and bought some loafs of bread to feed the animals. We then made our way through the park. I hadn't been there in many, many years but I do remember that the buffalo come right up to the windows so I volunteered to sit in the back. I let Kaiya have the front seat next to Cirdan.

The bears were so cute! They looked like big stuffed teddy bears.
EEK!!! I don't like Buffalo...my dislike goes back to the year we went to Yellowstone. Those things are big!!! and scary.
Look at that cute face....
This was the most she wanted to roll down the window. We saw some mini vans driving around with the doors completely open. Insane!
After we got out to stretch before the ride home. The windows were so slobbery!!
Our 3 girls

Fun adventure! We will be doing it again for sure!

Cannon's Loves Food

One of the first solids Cannon ate was carrots. He loved them! He liked all foods we introduced with the exception of peas and the ones with meat. He now likes the meat ones (apples and chicken are a fav). We have also been feeding him snacks and toast. He wants to be a big boy and eat the food we eat. You can just see it in his eyes. It makes me almost feel guilty eating what I eat in front of him. Soon enough....

Toofers

Cannon got his first teeth!! The bottom 2 started popping up around January 20th.

Auntie Em

Aunt Emily was in town in January and came over to visit! I was nice seeing her.

Mustache?

I think you have something on your lip....

Best Buds

It's so fun to watch these boys interact. They already have a strong bond and you can tell they are going to be best buds growing up. They already wrestle, play and laugh together. It really does melt my heart watching them together. I love the fact they are so close in age...even though it is sure hard on me and I am pretty stuck at home most days. It is all worth it.

Leon Washington

Cirdan did another move for Leon Washington. After the season ended he had Cirdan put his stuff into storage to hold. He took Kaiya out to meet him and Leon signed some jerseys for the family. Kaiya also met his wife and 2 little boys. She was excited for the opportunity. Since then, Leon was released and signed on with the Patriots. There goes Cirdan's season tickets.... :(
We will miss watching #33

Fun Stuff at the Imblers

I know I say this every time I post now...but how have I gotten so far behind?? My life has been extremely busy but seriously, there is absolutely no excuse. :)
Here are some pictures from January. The new year has been great! We have been up to a lot of fun things! I am excited to blog about all the stuff.
The Seahawks made it to playoffs so we had a couple parties. We had to wear our gear!

The school that Ella will be going to holds Preschool nights for the kids once a month. One of the Kindergarten teachers puts on the activity. It is a great idea and it helps the kids get comfortable with being there. The parents stay the whole time and everyone has a lot of fun. The first one was in January...the kids played games and made a cute craft. This was a polar bear made with shaving cream and glue.
