Where's the Screwdriver?
Jett loves to help daddy. As soon as Cirdan brings out the tools, Jett is right there waiting to help. I am excited to see him grow up and be more involved in 'boy stuff' with Cirdan.

Jackson Family Pictures
Ava, Kaylee and Rusty were all in Washington at the same time...for a few hours. Ava flew in and Kaylee and Rusty were leaving that day. We decided it would be a perfect time to get some much needed family pictures taken. Karina from A Fresh Take Photography took them and did an amazing job (as usual). Here are most of them..

More Christmas Fun
The day after Christmas we got together again at our house. We had more snacky foods and hung out. A few of us played a new game of ours....Quelf. It was a ton of fun!! If you have never played it before, go get it. At one point Rusty had to sit under the kitchen table and also act like a human boomerang. I had to ask my foot permission to talk. We were in tears laughing so hard.
Rusty plays the violin and brought it with him to share his talent with us.

I played the violin from 5th grade until I quit during my senior year in high school. I pretty much have not touched a violin since. My family was joking with me about it so I decided to see what I could still do. I was shocked that I could still read music and remember where my fingers went! I was pretty impressed with myself...ha ha...and I think my family was shocked.

The next day Ava came into town. She was able to be with us for about 4 days. Santa had left her presents so she was delighted to have another Christmas.

Jett does not like women. He is a huge momma's boy. When Kaylee tried to say goodbye to him he ran off but he ran right to Rusty to give him a hug! It was shocking/funny.

He never has pants on...
Kaylee and Rusty left on the 29th. They stopped by to say goodbye.

Dear Santa,
We hope you like the cookies and milk! Even though we fought a lot we have been good girls and boys and we are very sorry.
Love, Ella, Kaiya, Ava, Jett, Heidi and Cirdan
P.S. sorry I couldn't find the paper (it was written on a paper towel)
