Jett is 1! We had a birthday party for him the Saturday after his big day. Many loved ones came over, Grandma and Grandpa even came over from Spokane! The theme was jungle. We tried as much as possible to have the food go along with the theme. Jetty is our little monkey!

I asked Kaiya to take some pictures but the camera setting was on no flash so most turned out very blurry. These were the ones that turned out.
Time for presents! Jett got a lot of cute outfits and fun toys!!
After presents it was time for cake! I wasn't sure how he would handle the cake and if he would dig in or not. At first he acted confused. Then he realized that he could eat it with his hands and it actually tasted pretty good! I helped him dig in a bit since he was being a bit resistant. I wish I would have taken a picture of everyone in the kitchen. Everyone was huddled around taking pictures and videos watching to see what he would do. It was pretty funny.

Ella wanted to help Jett
Kaiya really wanted to be in charge of games at the party. She asked around and got any willing participant she could to play pin the nose on the lion. Staci, Hailey, Ella, Greg, Meema and Grandma were the nice ones to do the deed.
